Do I need to bring a mat or anything?
The studio provides mats and props. You are welcome to bring your own but don't have to. Just wear clothes you can move in and water if you need it.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! All of my classes are fine for beginners. Most things can be adapted to your level. Just be sure to communicate with me if you are having trouble.
